Saturday again! To catch up with the movie at 10:00AM, I got up early, had a first round of clothes washed, dusted furniture…..then headed to cinema. I was thirst to see movie Bride Wars, but not came true until today. One of reason I wanted to go for that movie is that I love the actress Anne Hathaway. Since I saw The Devil Wears Prada, I couldn’t help concerning her movie once it is issued, so I already got ready to see this movie only the matter of time. Well, it has been long time not seeing a movie by myself, hence I was jazzed for some reason on the wayJ. It was really a girly movie, which made me burst into laugh and tears by a couple of close girl friends who has known each other when they were kids. During the time to prepare wedding, they individually tried to have the best wedding in the world, not defeated by another, subsequently their friendship suffered challenge…..finally they got to know what’s the most important to them. The story is not very magical, but female audiences definitely had fun in the cinema, I was not exception.

Every morning I can see a couple walk ahead on the way to train station, while we live in the same street. The man usually takes the lady's hand like a brother. Initially I thought they went to work together, but it was wrong when I saw the guy return home after sending off his partner at train station. He never missed accompanying the lucky girl every morning and they looked so happy. I reckon their age is not lower than 30 but I already got moved by their true love.

I am not a peeper and never tended to be one. However, I happened to find that I could see what a couple in their 40s are doing at their home where is on the opposite building at the other side of street, at the same level 3. In the morning, when I rinse plate after breakfast in front of our sink under the window, raise my head then I can watch the man over there be preparing breakfast for his partner......When I was cooking dinner after work, I can see the lady always stand at the balcony to wait her partner back….. at night, couching in the sofa to watch TV, I can see the couple blissfully sit together in the lounge watching TV as well, because our TV just back to outside, that means I face to the direction where their home located when I watch TV.......Excuse me, I swear I don't intend to peek at other’s privacy, all I saw was stumbled on as it happened quite by chance. I know that is a loved couple, their true love could be seen everywhere.

Well, I am wondering they also might see what are doing from their home……

I have been thinking whether to pick up some books about Christ where I might find spirit dependence as someone else strongly recommended me to have faith in GOD and warmly expressed how good they have been after they were spiritually subjected to God. They proved to me ‘God is everywhere’ by their stories that absolutely startled me. A girl said that the train she was taking abruptly stopped due to some mechanical problem, the issue was magically solved after a few minutes she started pray. Her another story made me speechless. Her husband left car key in the car and her husband tried to use a variety of ways he could think to open the car, but nothing worked, then she begun to pray. You know what, the car was opened in a short time when her husband kept trying.......Also remember, I overheard a lady to tell her similar story to her friend next to her on the train. I couldn't find any hint that she was cheating on her face only full of devotion. Incredibly!  

To my education in general, I have been told not to be religious as the society I grew up has made a judgement that sciences trumps religions. I never thought about to turn my faith to Buddha or Christ or other religions, but strangely enough, I am more and more curious about religions although no intention to have some certain of faith soon. Needy creatures that we are, we put the brain's spiritual centres to use all the time. We pray for peace; we medicate for serenity; we chant for wealth. Through those ways, we hope our lives are happy forever.

I don't want to consider religion has any relation to science actually there is no apparent link between them. Have reading through some articles about faith. Surprisingly enough, a growing body of scientific evidence suggests that faith may indeed bring us health. Frankly, here no need to comment whether it is true that people attend religious service or activity to have a low risk of dying in any year than people who don't attend, but we can bring science and religion together in a dialogue that may ultimately benefit us both. In a sense, I would say faith maybe belongs to category of Neuroscience or some other realm that lead us to somewhere we could have expectedly spirit dependence.

Well, if I go to church one day, I don't want my life will ever be changed in essence, just like adding an occasional weekend activity or having something in mind I could think about sometimes. Over there, it might not bad place to blab my privacy because human being is a kind of creature to have their confidential space to blurt out some secret that can't be shared with anyone else or spiritually burden themself off by pray.

I am converting my taste propensity from Western-style food to Thai food. Why? Just had several Thai dinners lately and then more and more get interested in it. Since treating friends in a Thai restaurant at Hornsby last December, subsequently there have been some other chances to go to Thai food, some for dinner-out with friend, some for myself as I went shopping, some for unintentional Thai cooking.......I really can't believe I did try to cook Thai cuisine. What did I make? There are ingredients including chicken, cashew nut, capsicum, and Satay source bought from Coles. To be honest, I was unwittingly cooking a dish of Thai course, just following Janet's instruction to whip up my lunch box by some special food. After it was done, I had my tongue tip taste it and all of sudden I realised it was Thai. Particularly the taste was amazing! See! people always unconsciously tried something they didn't expect but finally they found they just got right what they really wanted or likedJ. Maybe that's one of reason to drive me to start loving Thai food after I was proud of my Thai cooking, as a consequence, I am more and more concerned how to make Thai and which Thai restaurants in Sydney have won 5 stars rate by the reviews.....

又有点想家了。Why?周围的一些朋友近期陆续回国，有短期探亲，有长期回国，他们勾起了我回家的感觉。而且，不知为什么，最近特馋，可能是Sydney好不容易从40度降到20度，于是身体重新兴奋起来，胃口大开，可澳洲吃的品种实在有限，好想回国去解馋。于是，今天下班买了4块Lindt Chocolate, 125g each, 回家路上就吃了一块中的一半。吃Chocolate有时可以使你达到一种快感，忘记郁闷，呵呵。

It is unbelievable that we made 10KM bushwalking from Spit Bridge to Manly. You might say it is not very far, but you need to know the weather is sizzling up to 40 degree. I don’t think there would be some people who would like to do that under such a hot day. If you are a bushwalking lover, nothing could prevent you from passion on your hobby. We took off from Spit Bridge and were on the scenic walkway, through Fisher Bay, Sunny Bay, Clontarf, Castle Rock Beach, finally arrived at Manly wharf. On the way, we rarely met some people, only saw some persons enjoy on the beach. We were proud we were so braveJ.I would say it doesn’t live up to a scenic walkway, there are many attractive look-out points to appreciate fantastic views. As you look at those wonderfully amazing scenes, you could forget how sweating you are and how tired you are. Again proved that Sydney is a world-famous tour city as its beauty couldn’t be concealed. After 4.5 hour walk, Hugo’s restaurant at Manly was our destination and rest spot to have our lunch. Sitting at the water-front restaurant, sipping Sangria which is a typical Spanish drink, letting sea breeze blow me and cool me down, I felt I came to the paradise even a bit smashed. What an enjoyable day!

今天和同事讨论为什么HP电脑卖的比我们的贵？我们做电脑的都明白，其实无论是HP还是DELL还是其他品牌，都基本上从一个或那几个厂家出来的，可为什么大众还是喜欢买HP甚至相信它质量好即使它很贵？当然有很多因素，除了质量监控、配件来源等因素，客户的产品相信度很重要，在这里我不说忠诚度，因为还没到那层次。Diana给我讲了个例子，她买了一条裙子，$50，可她朋友从David Jones买了一件样式、质量、剪裁和做工都一样，只是标签不同的裙子，花了$150。我说，可能还是有些不同，只是没看出来吧。她又说，她的一个朋友在这开了个服装店，跟她讲，其实David Jones, Myer还是其他小店，进口的衣服出自一个supplier,只是label不同罢了。记得，Jessie也跟我讲过同样的故事，她是做货代的，厂家就跟她说，其实他们既生产名牌也生产普通品牌，但具体如何安排生产，咱就不知道了。我是一个很相信牌子的人，相信贵的就是好的。看看眼前的Prada sunglasses, 到底该相信谁呢？

Dear sister’s friend will come in Sydney next week, so I decided to buy some Jurlique cosmetics for sister. Yesterday I heard there is a shop in Eastwood on sale with 50% off then went there, but the stuff I wanted to buy had been sold out. Therefore, today I got to a shop at Central after work, it usually has 30% off. Luckily the door was open as I arrived, and I happily bought a bottle of Recovery Gel and a bottle of Rosewater. Hope dear sister will like it. On the way home, I passed through the book shop that I very like, couldn’t help walking in and earnestly picked up some love books. Eventually I locked three: DIARY OF A JETSETTING CALL GIRL, LARGER THAN LIFE, SECRETS AND SHADOWS. Having them, I won’t be bothered what I can do on a week annual leave.
