My gal pal got a summons by rent tribunal, her agent accuses her of disobeying the contract on pet raising impermissibility and at least 6-month renting. Their dispute is mainly on how much bond should return. Today she went to court to see how judge would say and intermediation. Actually she already took away her dog right after she received a warning letter from agent that she must get the dog out of her room within a week. But she really inflamed her agent due to her action that she moved out the unit after 3-week renting not 6 months because she constantly got complaint from agent and neighbors during that time, the reason was she always made noise at home and brought different boys back. It was so ridiculous! My gal pal lived by herself and stayed with her girlfriend in the late of 3 weeks. Additionally, pipe blockage couldn’t be fixed up by agent within 3 weeks, which got her frustrated and disappointed and made her determine finally. Today the judge didn’t give verdict after found it was impossible achieve agreement, but arranged the second appearance time and advised both sides to provide all of evidence next time.

As a defender, I have massive compassion for her, hoping to give her courage and strength. From this case, can I say it is pretty ordinary in a typical country with perfect legal system?..........

I noticed the words clipped on the board in front of my colleague. ----There is little success where there is little laughter. It is very useful for office workers. I think there are two meanings in this sentence.

One side, to decrease angry as less as you can. Sometimes you might have goosy colleagues, don't quibble with them on those invaluable things, would better consider them craps. Or you might have headache caused by annoying issues, would better take them easy. Keeping smile is a perpetual principle in your mind, reminding me a story in a Chinese DVD I recently watched. There is a mental-disease guy who insists to maintain smile to deal with his dad's punches, he leant it from a neighbor sister who is the only one really cares about him. He could be less painful by this way and gradually formed a habit to keep smile once encounter humiliation. Although his behavior looks a bit morbid, I am not against his measure to retain smile as he is in embarrassment.      

Besides, to create laughter as much as you can. Laughing is good for your health and makes you happy just like a certain of drug to cure your depression. At this point, that is why Chinese comic dialogue has been popular, because everyone loves laugh. In the office, working with people who always grin, you would be smiling as happiness can be contagious and sprawling. More importantly, smile from inner could really bring you delight and inspire you to produce more smile. So it is better to grasp how to turn murk to sunshine, namely divert bad mood to good mood timely, and then bring real laughter as much as possible.

Relative has gone and adores the Australian life to some degree. What’s kind life she enjoys? E.g. sometimes I duck my head and walk briskly, I can make it past our suburb and reach Earlwood where is two suburb away from where I live, passing through the lane by the green grass and wild flowers under the crystal blue sky and white cloudlets, finally sitting on the bench in the park and watching the birds fly around. It is comfy and relaxing, isn't it? Beijing is losing this sort of environment and quiet peaceful manners, so more and more people are longing for beautiful climate, environment, and peace of mind. Harmony is something to be cherished----Harmonious society, advocated by President Hu. Haha!:-))))))
Forgive me, usually I definitely don't know what I am doing and saying.

昨天到今天特别困，不是一般二般的困，是极困。昨天晚上8：00PM已睁不开眼，昏昏睡去，今天早上11：00AM还是睁不开眼，12：00PM强忍着爬起来，因为太饿，睡觉也需要能量啊。吃了brunch,真想继续睡下，但怕就这样睡去而再也醒不来，于是决定出去走走。去了Brighton-le-lands,上周和Joanna去了Ramsgate,都同属Botany Bay，希望沙滩、阳光、大海能唤醒我，可还是昏昏沉沉，于是喝了一瓶Dare iced coffee，还是困。这是我来澳洲后头一次这么想睡觉，我在这里一直睡眠不好，失眠多多，不知这两天怎么了？难道是春困秋乏夏打盹？我是秋乏还是夏打盹呢？

领导说,"没钱什么都做不了."我无语,你今天才明白这个道理,哎!

 

One of my female colleagues constantly praised my different pieces underdress recently and tole me yesterday, 'you always look pretty.' I was happy to hear that. This morning, our department director Raymond came cross to me in kitchen room and said, 'your top is pretty and lovely.' Wooooooow! What the hell are our colleagues doingJ......Whatever, I felt energetic although I know they just greet me by a common way. Everyone likes hearing compliment at anytime wherever, especially it would bring him/her good mood if he/she receives it at the beginning of the day.

 

As I was immersed in those sweet words, I was startled to extreme by GM’s notice email that Raymond resigned who just complimented my top. That’s definitely bombshell for me. The first day I worked in the company and reckoned Raymond is the style I like, who looks mature, intelligent, and stable. but he will not work with me:-((

I just listened to the radio and got to know that you should take off all decorations from Xmas tree by 12 days after Xmas day, otherwise you might have bad luck. So this year, you’d better to do that by 6th Jan, this Saturday. Listening to radio is useful, isn't it? :-)
